For the wedding day, a few short questions.
My wedding is in 3 weeks; is it too late?
Three weeks is enough for an open date. The only difference: we compress the gap between trial and date and start without notes from a previous trial. Monday–Wednesday early slots are reserved and confirmed.
Do you come on-site?
Yes. Up to a 3-hour drive from Pendik: all of Istanbul + Sakarya + Kocaeli. Transit, equipment and early-morning difference appear under "On-Site" in the package.
Are mother and bridesmaid makeup included?
Not in the Atelier Package; included in the Family Package. Mother gets hair + makeup, and a second stylist works in parallel for 2 bridesmaids. Extra bridesmaids are added per person.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full cancellation within 48h before the date is locked. After lockdown: 50% refund if 30+ days remain to the wedding; less than 30 days means the deposit is used. Date changes are free while slots are open.

My journey in hairdressing began in 2009 and has grown into a real passion, with hair design and colour at the heart of it. Over the years I worked in a number of different salons, and each one added a new perspective and a new layer of experience to my craft. All of that led me to open my own studio, Neffahair, where I now bring everything I've learned together for my clients. For me, this work isn't just about cutting or colouring hair; it's about reading a person's style and the look they're dreaming of, and bringing it to life in the way that suits them best. Finding the right tone, designing a cut that belongs only to you, and seeing you walk away from the mirror happy — that's what keeps me motivated.
I've been working in hair design and cutting since 2008, with bridal hair as my speciality. Watching a bride look in the mirror on the most important day of her life and see herself at her most beautiful and most happy — that, for me, is what makes this job worth doing. Every face, every hair type, and every vision gets its own design, and together we find the style that suits you best, from understated to statement. Today I bring all of that experience to Neffahair, the studio I founded with my partner, where my work and my passion now meet you.

- 01How can I book an appointment?
The fastest way is to pick an available time on our Kolay Randevu page. We also take bookings on WhatsApp or by phone; for special-occasion services we suggest a short call first.
- 02Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit / debit card and bank transfer. Bridal packages are secured with a deposit; the remaining balance is paid on the day of the service.
- 03Is there parking around the studio?
There is on-street parking along Yeni Mithatpaşa Caddesi; during busy hours you can use Pendik Marmaray or nearby parking lots. Marmaray station is about a 5-minute walk away.
- 04Can I change or cancel my appointment?
If you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment, we will move it to another suitable time. Bridal packages follow the deposit agreement for cancellations or changes.
- 05How does the bridal hair and makeup package work?
We schedule a trial before the event to settle the hair style, makeup tone and skin prep. On the wedding day we apply hair and makeup together — no surprises left untested.
- 06What hygiene and safety measures do you follow?
Each guest is given a fresh towel and gown; brushes, scissors and makeup tools are sterilised after every service. Where single-use equipment is required, we always use new product.
