1. What Are Cookies and Browser Storage?
Cookies are small text files placed in your browser by websites you visit. Browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) similarly keeps data in your browser, mostly without sending it to the server. This page explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Neffa Hair & Makeup Studio website.
2. Your Consent and Preference Management
On your first visit, a cookie notice banner is shown. No cookie other than strictly necessary cookies is set without your consent. Videos and the map do not require consent: the video player uses no cookies, and the map is shown as a static image from our own server — Google Maps opens on Google's site only when you click it. The Google Ads tag loads without consent but sets no cookie; it counts ad clicks without cookies or identifiers. The Meta Pixel and our advertising agency's Google Tag Manager container load only after your marketing consent. You can reopen and change or withdraw your preferences anytime via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.
You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it; if you reject, the site continues to work with strictly necessary cookies (no cookie wall is used).
3. Cookies and Browser Storage Used

4. Cookie Categories
You can manage each category individually in the preference panel:
- Strictly necessary: required for site security and core functions; cannot be turned off.
- Functional: remembers your preferences (e.g. announcement dismissal).
- Analytics: measures visits with Google Analytics 4; it sets cookies and transfers your data abroad — loaded only if you consent to this category.
- Marketing (Google Ads, Meta): enables the Google Ads conversion cookie and Google ad personalisation and remarketing signals; the Meta Pixel and our advertising agency's tags load only with this consent. Without it no advertising cookie is set and no data is sent to Meta; Google ad clicks are counted without cookies or identifiers.
5. Third-Party Content
Google services, the Meta Pixel and the Cloudflare video player are subject to their own privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy, Meta Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy. When your contact-form message is routed to WhatsApp, the WhatsApp Privacy Policy applies; when you click the map link, Google Maps' own terms apply.
6. Managing and Deleting Cookies
You can clear cookies and site data from your browser settings at any time. You can also update your preferences by category via the "Cookie Preferences" link on the site. Clearing functional storage only resets the related preference; it has no other effect. If you withdraw marketing consent, the Meta Pixel stops sending data from that moment and is not loaded at all on later visits; you can delete cookies set earlier from your browser.
7. Changes
This cookie policy may be updated as our services evolve. The current version is always published on this page.
For details on how we process your personal data, see the Privacy Notice page.
