Explicit Consent (Image Publication)

This text concerns your explicit consent for the publication, for promotional purposes, of photos and videos taken by Neffa Hair & Makeup Studio of the services performed at the studio (hair, makeup, bridal, etc.), and is provided separately from the Privacy Notice.

If you give explicit consent, the data processed and its purposes are:

• Image/audio data: your before/after photos and videos
• Purpose of publication: sharing as sample work on our website gallery, social media accounts (e.g. Instagram) and promotional materials

Sharing these images is not a precondition for receiving service; declining does not affect your service.

Your explicit consent is given freely, for a specific subject and based on information. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing carried out up to the date of withdrawal.

If you withdraw your consent, the relevant images are removed from the website and the channels under our control within a reasonable time. For content shared or re-published by third parties, a removal request is submitted to the extent technically possible.
